    Job Summary:

    Brockton Home Health Agency is looking for Home Health Aide, Homemakers and Personal Care Aides to carefor our patients.

    We have current jobopenings for Home Health Aide/Homemakersand Personal Care Aides in the following locations (and surrounding towns):Holyoke, Springfield, Chicopee, Westfield, West SpringfieldOffer HHA Training Course Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Growth and Development Opportunities A stable working environment Qualifications forHomemaker / Personal Care Aides (PCAs):Minimum one year work experience (does not need to be in health care)

    Job Responsibilities forHomemaker / Personal Care Aides (PCAs):
    Activities of daily living Range of motion / exercises Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

    Home Management Tasks:
    laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

    Assisting with ambulation Medication assistanceAs an accredited,regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, Brockton HomeHealth Care complies with all state/local mandates.
