- Full time
- Managing a diverse patient panel with varied needs through a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in various settings, including in-office, testing centers, and virtual consultations
- Engaging in continuous learning opportunities and collaboration with clinical teams
- Utilizing clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures
- Supervising NP or PA colleagues
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in outpatient primary care for all ages
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- State licensed in California
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Effective communication and care delivery across diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in using technology for high-quality care
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Adaptability and teamwork in healthcare settings
