    MPPosition Summary Coordinate, review, monitor, and finalize construction bid documents, contracts, and inter-governmental agreements; serve as administrative focus for Construction Contract matters and issues; coordinate with Department of Municipal Development management, Legal Department, Purchasing Department, and contractors; provide support to Project Managers, Department Attorney, and SAC Administrator; ensure compliance with established laws, ordinances, resolutions, policies and procedures; and perform a variety of tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility.

    Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, technical writing, communications, or English; and Three (3) years of experience in contract compliance monitoring or assisting in the preparation, development, bidding, execution and performance of construction contracts and architect/engineer agreements; andTo include one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience.


    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
    Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire. Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.
