The RoleThis role manages Treasury activities in Front Office within the global capital, forex, and public markets.
The analyst in this role monitors various sources of data including the investment press, business media and academic and consultant research to properly evaluate prevailing market conditions to determine appropriate courses of action within stated operating guidelines and procedures.
Treasury Financial Markets analysts develop, document and execute appropriate operating processes, hedging, funding, or investment strategies to protect against the impacts of foreign exchange rates, credit or interest rates on Kyndryl's financial results.
They evaluate alternatives utilizing modeling techniques and are able to recommend appropriate instruments, price securities, and negotiate terms with external counterparties, awarding trades to those who provide the highest value to Kyndryl within allowable risk parameters.
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $89,030.00 to $203,000.00 is based on a full-time schedule.
Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl's Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute investment strategies to support treasury liquidity and cash management needs for both local and international entities
Manage global foreign exchange risks and interest rate risk exposures within corporate policy and recommend risk mitigation strategies
Maintain relationship with banking counterparties across the US and Latin America to execute fixed income and foreign exchange products
Prioritize business requirements and shape the delivery roadmap for new hedging programs, new product features and system release
Partner with treasury operations on day-to-day funding and process improvements with regards to reporting, payments and settling of transactions
Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal and Accounting teams to complete capitalizations, intercompany loans and intercompany settlements
Manage external relationships with banks, financial institutions, regulators, rating agencies and auditors
Analyze financial information to identify currency exposures and to forecast liquidity and funding requirements
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $89,030 to $203,040 based on a full-time schedule.
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.
You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.

BS or BA in Finance
7+ years managing external relationships with banks, financial institutions, regulators, rating agencies and auditors
7+ years analyze financial information to identify financial exposures, to forecast liquidity and funding requirements
7+ years evaluating and considering prevailing market conditions to determine appropriate courses of action within stated operating guidelines and procedures
7+ Years developing, documenting, and executing appropriate operating processes, hedging, funding, or investment strategies to protect against the effect of changing foreign exchange rates, credit or interest rates on Kyndryl's financial results
