    Description

    ***DAILY PAY, INSURANCE AFTER 30 DAYS, PAID TIME OFF, HOTEL DISCOUNTS***

    Job Duties & Responsibilities: (Not limited to)
    • You must be in full uniform everyday which includes: Pants, Chef Coat, Hat, and Non-Slip Shoes
    • Make sure all trash cans have liners
    • Replace any screens in dish machine that were left out by the AM dishwasher
    • Turn on and re-fill the dish machine
    • Catch up any left over dishes left from AM shift
    • Periodically check trash cans throughout the day and empty when they appear to be halfway full.
    • Periodically check for boxes and make sure you break them down and put in dumpster. (The boxes should be in the tan bucket by the back door the boxes need to be broken down before you put them into the dumpster)
    • Please stay in your station and keep up on dishes during your shift
    • Place dishes that you clean dishes in their correct storage areas
    • Sweep all kitchen areas; this includes the employee restrooms in the kitchen
    • Regularly mop employee restrooms in kitchen and secure area with wet floor signs
    • Check stock and supply of the following items: Chemicals for dish machine, paper towels, and hand soap (including soap in employee restrooms)
    • Upon completed all tasks assigned, please see Sous Chef for helping with the prep line
    • At the end of your shift make sure all trash has been taken out and replace the trash bags
    • Turn off machines and pull screens at the end of your shift
    • Prior to clocking out, check with Sous Chef to confirm your departure. Be prepared to stay after your shift if help is needed.
    • Follow your given schedule.
    • Communicate your availability to Executive Chef in advance.
