Job Description: As a SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing SAP solutions tailored to meet the business needs of our organization. Your responsibilities will include providing functional support and business analysis in the SAP PM area, overseeing project delivery to enhance the current state based on new system and infrastructure requirements, and ensuring the maintenance and production support of business process enhancements and interfaces to/from the SAP Plant Maintenance module. You will collaborate closely with other module Functional and Technical architects, Business Systems Analysts, and Developers to design and implement flexible, scalable, and reusable solutions that align with business objectives.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong SAP PM Experience: Possess strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, with an added advantage of having end-to-end implementation experience.
• Expertise in SAP PM: Demonstrate a good understanding of SAP PM functionalities such as Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Condition-based maintenance, Refurbishment management, Order planning and control.
• Business Process Knowledge: Have a solid grasp of maintenance business processes and the ability to map them into SAP.
• Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.
• Interface Development: Experience in developing and enhancing interfaces with third-party systems, along with technical consultants.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting mechanisms for interfaces and batch jobs.
• Documentation and Test Scripting: Experience in creating functional specification documents for complex enhancements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and developing test scripts for functionality testing.
• Master Data Management: In-depth understanding of SAP PM Master Data Governance Objects.
• Oil and Gas Knowledge: Familiarity with oil and gas systems and equipment is advantageous.
• Training: Ability to deliver SAP training to end-users.
• User Acceptance Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing and document results.
• SAP Knowledge: Working knowledge of SAP PM, MM, and Fiori.
• Time Management and Organization: Possess strong time management and organization skills.
• Continuous Improvement: Ability to assess project objectives and lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Change Management: Manage SAP PM Change Requests required for implementing changes to standardized systems, processes, or data.
• Leadership Skills: Capable of leading and participating in Continuous Improvement programs.
• Experience Requirement: 7+ years of experience within SAP ERP PM.
• Work Schedule: Will work a 9/80 schedule, office-based with remote work.
