    About the Team

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Account Manager to join our rapidly growing ad tech team.

    The Programmatic Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and partners, executing programmatic buying strategies, and maximizing the performance of programmatic campaigns.

    What You Will Do

    Manage relationships with key clients and serve as the primary point of contact for programmatic initiatives.
    Develop and implement programmatic strategies tailored to meet client KPIs.
    Understand and work with SSPs, DSPs, and Ad Servers to optimize campaign performance.
    Scale Private Marketplace Deals (PMPs) effectively while coordinating with supply and demand partners.
    Analyze campaign metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
    Liaise with cross-functional teams including data analysts, creative teams, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
    Generate client reports and presentations that offer insightful analysis and recommendations.
    Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues in a timely manner.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

    About You

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
    Minimum of 2 years' experience in the programmatic advertising space, ideally with experience at a DSP.
    In-depth knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, Ad Servers, and other programmatic platforms.
    Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting and acting on performance data.
    Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
    Proficient in Excel

    For New York-based employment:

    The minimum salary for this position is $84,000.00/year. The maximum salary for this position $110,000.00/year.

    In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.

    For California-based employment:

    The minimum salary for this position is $ 82,000.00 /year. The maximum salary for this position $ 106,000.00 /year.
