The ideal candidate will be based in Dallas TX Phoenix AZ or Pittsburgh PA Key Responsibilities Using a risk-based approach define develop and manage the Technology and Security Risk and Resiliency Risk Management strategy primarily through the Enterprise Risk Assessment ERA including recommendations to address the risks Responsible for developing maintaining and reporting ERA findings including financial impact projections while working with appropriate Risk Management partners to develop risk-based scenarios for exercise testing activities validate calculated loss assumptions Participate in Operational Resilience maturation by working with LOD tech partners as well as extended Business Resiliency team understand current program data elements strategy changes impact organization's risk appetite state readiness Keep pulse changing threat landscape financial global stage third fourth party partners chain suppliers impacting PNC ability operate respond recover In depth experience research analysis published risk resiliency expert opinions survey reports evolving threat trends required Demonstrate experience ERA continuous improvement knowledge key IT business data protection change management processes associated risks controls major financial services firms maintain security resilience requirements Must understand Business Continuity BC Business Resilience BR Operational Resilience OR components BC methodology such as Business Impact Analysis BIA Risk Assessment RA trending analysis Issue Management RCSA PRC experience preferred Must high level understanding IT systems architectural infrastructure design disaster recovery strategies The ideal candidate will exceptional relationship building management skills navigate PNC stakeholder community possess ability collaborate communicate various levels leadership peer groups We encourage candidates connect recruiter hiring manager understand workplace expectations ensure role aligns goals In lieu degree comparable combination education job specific certification(s) military service considered
