The ideal Customer Experience Specialist is motivated, detailed oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.Quickly understand a customer's needs; with an emphasis on connecting customer to a service such as Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, Gift Wrapping etc.
A high level of ownership accountability and initiative The ability to identify opportunities that benefit the customer and build solutions that meet the customers' expectations including resolving any issues
