- Create and maintain the financial modeling for project-level forecasting, including calculating project valuations and returns, pricing a variety of revenue structures, and associated sensitivity analyses
- Build and update the corporate financial model including projections and modeling of various financing and commercial arrangements
- Conduct deep due diligence for potential acquisitions, including thorough market analyses, transaction structuring and valuation analyses
- Prepare investment presentations and memos regarding new investment opportunities with the opportunity to participate in management discussions around potential investments and strategic imperatives
- Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and industry dynamics to identify potential opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional team members (e.g. project developers, market and commercial analytics, land, engineering, environmental, interconnection, accounting, legal, etc.).
- Minimum 2-3+ years prior work experience in a related financial, energy, investment banking and/or private investment role. ,
- Very strong quantitative skills and deep modeling experience (strong preference for project finance modeling skills)
- A passion for collaborative, team-based work with a hands-on entrepreneurial approach to investing and business growth
