- Physical ability to perform tasks and occasional travel.
- Experience with Thermal Spray (Highly Preferred).
- Plan, organize, and control production for efficiency and on-time delivery within budget.
- Determine resource requirements for production targets.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality control standards.
- Track and analyze quality programs for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Monitor performance and organize interventions for improvement.
