    About the UnitYara North America seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Finance team.

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and driving the organization's decision-making process through in-depth analysis, reporting, and modeling.

    This position is designed for a highly motivated individual who exhibits strong analytical skills, excellence in Excel, and a process-oriented approach.

    Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, this role serves as a critical steppingstone for those aiming to advance to senior-level positions in the mid-term.

    This position will be based out of our Tampa, FL office, and will offer a hybrid work schedule.
    Responsibilities Assist in developing and modeling business cases for new initiatives and current business improvements. Support the Senior Business Analyst in providing financial and analytical support across various projects and functional areas. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying efficiency opportunities within the organization's operations and financial practices. Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities to guide management decisions. Provide analytical support for performance management processes and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities. Support the monthly and annual financial closing processes, including preparing internal reports and business plans.
    Profile Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance related areas. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel. DCF modeling competency is an advantage. Experience with SAP, HANA, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage. Fluent in written and oral English, with advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid attention to detail. Highly process-oriented with a proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines. Self-driven and capable of operating with minimal supervision, demonstrating a solid initiative to learn and take on new challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment. Strong leadership potential with a clear capability to progress to more senior roles within the organization.
