This role supports our 9 high-volume dealerships in the bustling Atlanta market along with our Tallahassee, Florida market. This role is tasked with successfully meeting the staffing needs in our Sales, Service, Guest Services and all related departments to make our dealerships thrive. The ideal candidate has at least 4-5 years of experience in the recruiting field, specifically in meeting the unique challenges automotive market. Experience with large dealership groups is preferred. This position will be based in the Atlanta-metro market and requires regular onsite visits to our locations to ensure the high level of partnership with our stakeholders and to execute onsite recruiting events. Documented experience in successfully exceeding established recruiting goals in a must.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Manage full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, and scheduling hiring manager interviews.
    • Proactively build pipeline of quality candidates to help address immediate needs and support regional growth
    • Collaborate with hiring managers on effective recruiting practices to ensure an exceptional experience for all candidates
    • Participate in recruiting events to help address regional staffing needs
    • Develop and build external relationships with regional employment associations
    • Work on project based recruiting to help support new dealerships and acquisitions within region
    • Routinely communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a time effective recruitment process
    • Utilize multiple candidate sourcing methods including Applicant Tracking software to effectively source, screen and facilitate pre-hire process
    • Communicate with Regional HR Coordinator to help facilitate hiring and on-boarding process

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or 4-5 years high volume recruiting experience required
    • Experience recruiting for sales and retail positions
    • Experience with utilizing applicant tracking software
    • Strong record of positive Customer Service results
    • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
    • Team oriented
    • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
    • Valid driver's license with good driving record
