- SUMMARY Provides medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function relieve pain prevent disability;
- Evaluates program participants through appropriate evaluation procedures and develops written treatment programs each participant.
- Administers appropriate treatment programs communicates program participant needs staff provides needed re-evaluation programmatic changes necessary
