    Our client, is seeking a great Customer Service Representative II to join their team Seeking a hard working, motivated individual with Manufacturing experience for their Alexandria, MN location. Apply today

    Job Title: Customer Service Representative II

    Location: Alexandria, MN

    Pay Range: $ $55000

    What's the Job?

    • Processing incoming orders
    • Communicate with customers to meet expectations
    • Verifying product availability
    • Providing customers with quotations
    • Evaluate and resolve customer issues including product returns: identify and recommend process and product improvements

    What's Needed?

    • Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience
    • Experience with power transmission, hoses and belting products
    • Technical Skills, effective written and oral communication skills
    • Expert in at least one industrial product line: (power transmission, hose or belting product lines.
    • Ability to define and resolve issues
    • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
