    Join our upscale concierge medical practice as a compassionate and results-driven Patient Advocate We are seeking an individual with a strong sales background who is passionate about guiding patients through their healthcare journey and ensuring they receive top-notch care and support. In this full-time role, you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Patient Outreach: Reach out to potential patients through various channels such as phone, email, in-person engagements, gyms, and wellness fairs to educate them about our outstanding services and address their healthcare needs.
    • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's unique situation, including medical history and financial constraints.
    • Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers and other relevant parties to streamline the patient's care journey and resolve any issues effectively.
    • Advocacy: Champion the patient's best interests by advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.
    • Sales and Conversion: Leverage your sales expertise to identify potential patients, build rapport, and convert them into loyal clients.
    • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, outcomes, and key performance indicators.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance plans, and medical terminology.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
