    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Office Depot. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
    • Sales Promotion: Promote sales, upsell products, and services, and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
    • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhere to company standards, and perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Skills: Basic computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
