- Instructs team practice according to the program curriculum
- Assist in marketing and promoting the gymnastics program
- Ability to teach and spot skills thru USAG Diamond
- Ability to organize and lead a variety of gymnastics programs
- Ability to take instruction from Coordinator, Upper level Coaching staff and Supervisor and implement changes or requests
- Ability to tactfully discuss student's behaviors (both positive and negative) with the students and parents as needed
- Serve in a professional and courteous manner with the highest regard to the customer
- Attend staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned by your coordinator and/or supervisor
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Previous gymnastics experience preferred, either as a coach or a gymnast
- Applicants with a bachelor's degree in education, youth services, recreation or working toward a degree in these areas or similar field, preferred
- Must have and maintain: CPR/AED certified or obtained within one (1) year of employment. Be a "Mandated Reporter" for the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act
- Maintain current USAG safety certifications and USAG membership
