Job Summary

Senior Producer of Women of Impact

The Senior Producer will manage all aspects of video production, including concept development, pre-production, production, and post-production for the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Development: Develop and execute video content that aligns with the channel's brand and audience.
Pre-Production: Manage pre-production activities, including content ideation, pitching guests, researching, and scheduling.
Collaboration: Work closely with editors to provide clear, concise notes on all deliverables, and communicate data-driven insights to inform content decisions.
Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee and manage any assigned Producers, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
Requirements: 5+ years of related experience in YouTube, both front-end and back-end, with a strong creative vision and excellent organizational skills.
