Oversight and management of Agile practices employed under government contractsFamiliarity with modern software and systems architectures, cloud technologies, and data integration techniques applicable to this PWSLeading an interagency team in the development of IT and Service requirements for digital servicesProviding support to an interagency technical team for the evaluation of vendor proposals submitted in response to federal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for digital servicesDeveloping and implementing a digital service delivery model for federal services and other entities that are user-centric, accessible, and meet the needs of diverse populationsStakeholder management, negotiation skills, and the ability to help agencies address political sensitivities.
