The Role:
Supported Employment Specialists support and assist clients to meet their individual employment goals.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients to assess their employment history, vocational skills and mental health symptoms while developing their personal vocational profile.
You'll conduct career planning activities, design and edit resumes, facilitate job matches, evaluate and negotiate employment supports and accommodations, and be the best support person ever, all while helping others to reach their workplace objectives.
