- Take on a 70% 'team lead' role while also engaging in 30% of hands-on design work, reporting to a Product Director.
- Develop a visual design strategy for entertainment products and guide fellow designers and cross-functional teams to establish alignment across products.
- Create refined user interfaces and interactions while upholding a cohesive design system and asset repository.
- Facilitate the design process, present concepts, and refine design solutions in collaboration with UX, Motion, and Copy teams.
- Formulate, present, and validate design strategies based on user personas.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in UI design within a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams or mentoring junior to senior designers.
- A comprehensive Portfolio displaying original, innovative, and distinctive UI or Visual Design projects for prominent clients, with documented experiences that can be shared as case studies.
- Strong emphasis on UI and interface design with a grasp of the interconnectedness of UX and UI.
- Thorough understanding of responsive/adaptive web design, prototyping, native apps, and emerging platforms. Proficiency in Design Systems Experience.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communication Design, Interactive Design, HCI, or a related field. A Master's degree is a bonus.
