    Job Description: We are on the lookout for a Leader of First Impressions who brings both heart and energy to their role. In our family office, your personality isn't just important—it's essential. You will be integral in making our clients and visitors feel part of the family from the moment they step through our doors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Offer a warm, familial greeting to all who call or walk in, making them feel immediately welcomed and appreciated.
    • Manage incoming calls with cheerfulness and professionalism.
    • Organize appointments and maintain calendars to support the smooth operation of our office.
    • Handle daily correspondence and deliveries, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
    • Provide administrative support to agents and staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
    • Keep the reception and common areas tidy and inviting, as well as the break room.
    • Shopping and supply tracking of office supplies.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in a receptionist or customer service role, with a preference for experience in a family or small office setting.
    • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to make others feel at ease.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for anticipating needs.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and general office equipment.
    • A high level of organization and an eye for detail.
    • High school diploma required; further education or certification in office administration is a plus.
