    Are you seeking part-time hours? We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant on a contract basis for one of our clients to work roughly 25 hours per month. If you have prior administrative experience, strong communication skills, and are highly organized and detailed, apply today

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule 10-15 appointments for advisor per week
    • Manage calendars
    • Communicate with financial clients
    • Make roughly calls per week to teams and professionals

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of administrative assistant experience
    • Strong customer service and organizational skills
    • Timely and detailed
    • Able to work with little direction
    • Professional communication

    Work Model:

    • 100% Remote
    • 25-30 hours/month
    • Monday - Friday
