- Tracks individual profiles to ensure that approvals are completed in a reasonable amount of time to meet scheduled incineration.
- Assigns pricing codes to waste streams.
- Assigns parameters in laboratory testing of individual samples to verify material.
- Provide constructive input on existing and/or proposed policies, regulations, and other pertinent changes to expedite the approval process at the facility.
- Completes the approvals on a variety of materials.
- Assists in the technical training for facility.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or related discipline
- 5 to 6 years in the hazardous waste industry or related work experience
- 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management:
- Strong customer orientation
- OSHA HAZWOPER Certification
