Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, provides technical assistance during surgical##procedures utilizing sterile technique to ensure quality patient care and safety.# Provides direct and#indirect nursing care for the pediatric to geriatric patient populations found in the hospital setting.# Surgical Technologist will scrub and assist in all service lines of the operating room.

Qualifications:
# Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology#program or military equivalent.# Certification is required.# If you graduated after#1/1/08 you must be certified.# All candidates that graduated prior to 1/1/08 will be eligible for consideration.#Surgical technologists that are not certified may be hired but must obtain certification within 12 months of hire.
