Wayne Valley Dental Care is a high-volume, fast-growing, modern general dental practice in Wayne, NJ seeking a motivated, production-driven Associate Dentist ready to step into a schedule that's full and keeps getting fuller.

Schedule Expectations
- 3–4 weekday shifts
- Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- Office open 6 days per week, allowing strong weekly production
Compensation
- Guaranteed minimum of $800 per day
- Transition to commission-based compensation tied directly to collections
- High earning potential in a consistently busy practice
