Job summary
We are a growing locally owned service company seeking an Assistant Office Manager to support daily operations and gradually take over many of the front-office responsibilities currently handled by ownership.This position will begin as part-time and has the potential to expand in responsibility hours and compensation as the right candidate is trained and grows into a management-support role.
- This position includes but is not limited to answering responding to incoming phone calls emails text messages online contact forms serving as primary point of contact scheduling dispatching field technicians acting communication hub taking detailed messages ensuring customer needs directed appropriate staff member assisting basic bookkeeping data entry tasks communicating company bookkeeper accountant helping manage tasks track progress create clear notes jobs internal follow-up.
