    Responsibilities of the Field Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) inWayne, NJ:

    • Document in real-time (in-home) for OASIS Visits - admissions, resumptions of cares, re-certifications, discharges, transfers, and routine visits
    • Submit documentation within 24-48 hours
    • Case manages 25-30 patients per week, 5-7 patients per day
    • Has expert knowledge of various geriatric conditions and can provide excellent patient education and care
