A New Orleans gallery is seeking a high-performance Sales Director to elevate a world-class luxury sales organization to its next level of growth.This leader will coach inspire and drive a seasoned team of Sales Consultants strengthen outbound business development efforts and expand a pipeline fueled by exceptional client experiences.
Lead daily execution of sales strategies supporting double-digit revenue growth Manage and develop a team of 6 Sales Consultants by coaching performance accountability Build and optimize outbound sales processes that increase customer engagement conversion Oversee pipeline development forecasting performance monitoring using Salesforce Gong Analyze sales trends deliver insights EVP senior leadership Support long-term client relationship development increase customer lifetime value Enhance sales team product knowledge selling capabilities ongoing training Partner cross-functionally operations marketing client support remove roadblocks Engage directly HNW UHNW clients outreach in-gallery selling Create execute improvement plans under-performing sellers Ensure brand-level excellence elements client experience
