What You'll Do
You will operate as a trusted insurance quarterback for our clients:
- Lead placement strategy with Florida homeowners and personal lines carriers
- Initiate and manage underwriting negotiations to secure optimal coverage and pricing
- Proactively cross-sell and round out accounts to strengthen client protection
- Serve as the primary liaison with carrier partners to ensure seamless processing and execution
- Anticipate coverage gaps and deliver proactive solutions
- Build and maintain long-term, high-trust client relationships
- Drive retention through exceptional service and strategic advising

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (Florida homeowners experience preferred)
- Strong market knowledge of carriers and underwriting appetite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
