    As a practicing social worker, you have the unique opportunity to combine your specialized skills with the desire to serve the Nation's heroes as an Army Social Worker.

    You will provide direct services to improve the mental well-being of Soldiers and their families, including teaching, training, supervision, research, administration, crisis intervention, and policy development in evolving situations.

    Through this role, you will promote unit readiness and emotional well-being of Soldiers, family members, and DA civilians by attending trainings, continued education programs, seminars, and conferences to collaborate on new ideas and innovation, and broaden your knowledge on best practices in the field of social work.
