PSID Case Scoper

This role is the first point of contact for cases, ensuring thorough intake, accurate documentation and a structured start that supports downstream teams.

The PSID Case Scoper is responsible for creating Case Assignment Sheets lists of leads to be completed by investigators and investigative technicians in the field and in-house. A successful Case Scoper must follow ADC LTD NM policies and procedures.

• Create complete and accurate assignment sheets by locations of leads that comply with Federal Investigative Standards (FIS) customer requirements.
• Successfully identify Expandable Focused Investigation Model (EFIM) flags special emphasis items. Overscope as necessary to ensure full timely completion of investigations such as character references.
