- Implement system changes to meet the changing needs of the college
- Implement and ensure integrations with other systems are operational
- Correct data issues as needed
- Manage user roles
- Train users on CRM operations
- Communicate with other departments to ensure students can access customer portal
- Provide support on CRM issues
- Create reports and assist data analysts

- Education: Associates degree; Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working CRM administration
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRMs a plus
- Experience administrating enterprise applications
- Must demonstrate ability to diagnose data and application issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Special Skills
- Knowledge of data modeling and simple data analysis an asset
- Knowledge of data logic or programming languages will assist in completing essential duties
- Knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
- Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment: Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be available outside of normal business hours to address critical technical issues.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The CRM admin will work with the director of admissions and the Student Information System administrators to administer the Galen CRM system by providing technical knowledge and insight on system operations and developing best practices.
