- Schedule: Full time with flexible hours between 7:30am to 6:30pm.
- Location: 100% onsite, with free parking, and within walking distance to SMART Train and buses.

- Maintaining all customer files for integrity and accuracy.
- Compiling supporting documents for customer monthly billing invoices.
- Communicating with customers on current and past due invoices.
- 2+ years of progressively responsible accounts receivable experience.
- Familiarity with accounting theories and practices.
- Experience with Accounting Seed for Salesforce a plus or other accounting software.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable Specialist - Temp - 2-3 months - San Rafael - $35 - $40/hour
Immediate need for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a busy and dynamic team within an organization known for its good work in the community.
In this role, your primary focus will be accounts receivables, while also supporting payables, billing, and reconciliations. Prior A/R experience in nonprofit preferred. Familiarity with Accounting Seed for Salesforce a plus.
