About the Role

Anchor Light Therapy Collective is in search of a dedicated and empathetic EMDR Specialist to enhance our team of professionals. Our practice is devoted to delivering unparalleled care and support, aiding our clients on their healing journeys with proficiency and compassion. The EMDR Specialist will be crucial in offering specialized trauma-informed care through EMDR therapy to assist our clients towards recovery and in mentoring our clinicians who are on the path to EMDR certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional EMDR therapy to a broad client base, managing a weekly caseload of 25 clients.
• Mentor associate clinicians, enriching their skills in EMDR and trauma-informed therapies.
• Lead staff consultation groups and training sessions to promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Uphold the practice's commitment to quality care, aligning with professional standards.
• Pursue ongoing learning to remain current with EMDR therapy advancements and practices.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Licensed Clinicians.
• Valid Washington State License.
• EMDRIA certification in EMDR therapy.
• Proven expertise in EMDR therapy application.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
• Dedication to continuous learning and ethical practice.
• EMDRIA-approved consultant status, capable of providing EMDR consultation to our clinicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000- $110,000 (Base salary plus bonus based on direct client hours)
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Seattle, WA 98119: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
