Job summary
We are seeking a Full-time Triage Nurse for our Primary Care suite in South Weymouth onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm.The Triage RN supports our healthcare teams through phone triage but has some patient facing hands-on aspects. This role is 90% phone triage and 10% nurse visits.
Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.
