Technical Operations and Support (TOS) Platform Engineering org is an exciting new group focused on the intersection of customer experience and support operations, and are leading the are modernization and standardization of how OCI provides support to its customer.
We are looking for software engineers who are ready to tackle new challenges in building a brand new highly available and scalable ticketing platform used for all cloud operations.
As a Principal Engineer on this Team, you will be leading the effort in defining, designing, and delivering the platform using latest technologies on OCI.
You must balance between product feature development and production operational concerns like writing run books, ops automation, structured logging, instrumentation for metrics and events leveraging a plethora of internal tooling at OCI.
From a technology perspective, this is a greenfield development environment with a huge amount of autonomy, leaving us free to build and innovate without being encumbered by legacy products and services.

from $94,200 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
