Experienced CNAs come join the Solutions By Sanford Long Term Care team!
We are seeking CNAs with a minimum of two years of experience and one year of travel experience to join our team. Candidates must reside at least 60 miles away from the desired location. Weekly payment includes a stipend and eligibility for Sanford Benefits. Responsibilities include working at any GSS site within the supported area, offering contracts of 6, 8, or 13 weeks with possibilities of extension or transfer to another GSS site!
Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (NA) acts as a caregiver to residents in long-term care, providing resident-centered nursing care, daily living assistance, and following infection prevention and control policies. Responsibilities also include assisting with basic health care needs, meal preparation, range of motion exercises, and participating in wellness programs.
Qualifications
Applicants should be at least 16 years old and preferably a high school graduate or have a GED. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is desirable. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or in the process of obtaining certification, is required. Yearly competency testing, continuing education credits, and specific certifications are mandatory.
