Position: HVAC Technicians & Helpers
We are currently seeking skilled HVAC Technicians as well as motivated HVAC Helpers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional company with steady work and room for advancement.
Responsibilities
HVAC Technicians:
- Install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot system issues
- Work on both residential and commercial projects
- Ensure all work meets safety and code requirements
- Supervise and mentor HVAC Helpers on job sites
HVAC Helpers:
- Assist technicians with installations and repairs
- Handle tools, materials, and job site preparation
- Learn trade skills with the opportunity for advancement
- Travel and support the team on out-of-town projects
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC (Technicians) preferred; entry-level applicants encouraged to apply as Helpers
- Must be willing to travel for projects (company covers expenses)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills
- EPA Certification (for Technicians) preferred but not required for Helpers
