    Position: Mitel Voice Technician

    A leading provider of IT Services in the Grand Rapids, MI area is seeking a full-time, permanent Mitel Voice Technician to join their growing team. Here are a few reasons why you should apply:

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    In this role, you'll be providing technical support to clients for their VoIP products. You'll be involved in monitoring and supporting existing systems. You'll also participate in design, configuration, networking and installation of VoIP solutions.

    Preferred Experience for the Service Desk Specialist:

    • Experience with VoIP and telecommunications systems.
    • Exposure to VoIP systems such as Mitel, RingCentral, UCaaS Cloud Voice, etc.
    • Foundational networking knowledge with routing, switching, VLANs.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.

    Bonus Experience for the Service Desk Specialist:

    • Certifications in Mitel MiVoice Business, Mitel MiVoice Connect, RingCentral, Zoom, Cisco, ShoreTel, etc.
