    Electrodiagnostic Specialist

    Mercy's Neurology Clinic is seeking a full-time Electrodiagnostic Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will perform various procedures and related recordings under indirect supervision, ensuring precision and patient comfort.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with experience in electrodiagnostics. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; certification in CPR and registration by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologists are preferred.

    Key responsibilities include performing diagnostic studies using electrodiagnostic equipment such as EMG machines. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing patients for testing, maintaining accurate records, and communicating test results to healthcare providers.

    This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also possess analytical thinking skills to accurately interpret test data.
