    The Role

    Functions as an Automation analyst, primarily responsible for administering and developing Power Platform solutions using PowerApps, Flow, Automation.
    The Main Responsibilities

    Administer and Develop Power Platform solutions using PowerApps, Flow, Automation.
    Partner with other team members to manage the delivery of automation projects including configuration changes and functionality deployment (configuration, testing, documentation, peer review, sign off, training, change management, etc.)

    Participate in system testing with responsibilities including test scripts development and execution, testing resources coordination, and test completion metrics compilation.

    Provide training to end users during project rollout as needed.
    Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems.
    Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports.
    Participate in the regular review and prioritization of Automation projects.
    What We Look For in a Candidate

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience required; 5+ years of related experience
    Preferred experience in Power Platform solutions
    Preferred experience in SQL
    Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and presentation skills
    Ability to multitask by working in a face paced, constantly changing environment
    Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with individuals at all levels
    Ability to efficiently utilize MS Office Suite of Applications specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    Proven track record of achieving professional goals successfully
    Compensation

    The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
    Location Based Pay Ranges
    $ $106630 in these states:
    AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
    $ $112230 in these states:

    AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

    $ $117840 in these states:
    CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
    $ $123450 in these states:
    AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

    As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
