Job summary
We are seeking a Field Service Advisor to join our team in Omaha Nebraska. In this customer-facing technical role you will serve as the primary liaison between on-site technicians fleet customers and our service operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for field service inquiries from fleet managers owner operators and equipment operators
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing process including reviewing work orders verifying labor and material charges resolving discrepancies and ensuring invoices are issued accurately and on schedule
