Procare Therapy is partnering with a school district located near Piedmont, CAand seeking an exceptional onsite Board-Certified Behavioral Therapist for thenew 2024/25school year.
We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with the school staff and support students in achieving their goals.
K-12Position.Requirements:
Masters degree in education/special education
Valid BCBA certification
Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
Job Description:
Full-time position: 40 hours/week
Oversee multiple ABA trainings and problem-solving
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop behavior support plans
Provide ongoing consultation to teachers and support staff regarding implementation of behavior support plans
Collaborate with school staff, administration, and collaterals to ensure students social, emotional, and behavioral needs are met
Consult with parents around implementation of ABA strategies and behavior support plans to support generalization of skills across settings
