    Definition and Examples of Work

    Manages IT projects within the organization.

    Oversees technology-related research and development projects.

    Coordinates KTA resources and external technical resources.

    Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require.

    Latitude and Impact of Position


    This position works daily to obtain information, provide input, and problem solve as part of a team, while using extensive technical and industry knowledge.

    Most work tasks are self- determined and the position may direct the work of others while providing coaching and training in a formal and informal manner.

    Participates in short-term planning. Decision making is done independently or with a supervisor and all purchases must obtain supervisory approval. Successful completion of job tasks impacts internal systems, processes and procedures, customer satisfaction, and external relationships.
