Automation & Controls Engineer Madison, IN $70K-$75K Full Time (M-F) * Develop and debug PLC, Servo System and HMI software programs to meet system requirements and proper operation.

* Work alongside other team members, within the Controls department, and within other departments to efficiently complete high-quality projects for our customers (project management, mechanical engineering, assembly, service, etc.).

• Work on MES systems integration.
• Design and develop Safety systems for new equipment design.
• Program Motoman Robots and IAI.
• Design, develop and test electrical control systems that meet electrical/software requirements and are delivered at or below quoted budget and within a defined schedule
• Develop concepts and cost estimates for new equipment, processes, and workstations for proposed new products.
• Assist internal and external resources and oversee the construction and programming of new workstations and work cells.
• Support or lead cost reduction efforts including I.D.E.A.S. program, and Lean Kaizen activities.
