    Kelly Engineering is recruiting for an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team and oversee product lifecycle management for our client in Florence, SC.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, drive impactful projects, and contribute to the success of cutting-edge elevator systems.

    This role will be pivotal in driving performance, coaching team members, addressing program risks, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.


    Responsibilities:
    Drive performance to plan and achieve schedule, requirements, and financial commitments.
    Mentor, coach, and lead team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
    Lead the electrical engineering team in addressing program risks and issues, creating action plans to drive closure.
    Oversee project schedules, budgets, technical performance, and quality targets.
    Organize and conduct program status reviews, team meetings, and other departmental activities.
    Develop process improvements for design, test, release, and implementation phases of electrical development.
    Manage resource allocation to address competing priorities from internal and external stakeholders.
    Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
    Participate in administrative activities including hiring, compensation planning, and performance management.
    Provide technical leadership and ensure project deliverables are met, overseeing product or system design.


    Requirements:


    BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar with 10+ years' experience, or MA/MS degree with 5 to 7+ years' experience.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in schedule & risk management, continuous improvement, cross-functional team collaboration, stakeholder negotiations, and meeting facilitation.

    Strong project planning and resource management skills.
    Demonstrated leadership experience and team-building skills.
    Solid background in Electrical Engineering with systems and controls engineering experience.
    Coaching, mentoring, and willingness to learn critical skills with the team.
    Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
    Innovative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
    Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Elevator systems knowledge is a plus.
