    LHH seeks a bilingual Call Center Representative in Albuquerque, NM

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Answers all incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
    • Obtain patient demographics, insurance information and requested procedure data from various sources (MI, EPIC and PenRad) to reserve a scheduled appointment time.
    • Places outgoing appointment calls to patients/medical offices.
    • Performs related work as required and other duties as assigned.
    • Position may include extended hours and Saturday rotation
    • Knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Knowledge of insurance verification
    • Ability to use common software packages (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, word processing, statistical, e-mail and internet).
    • Ability to speak clearly and concisely, follow and comprehend oral and written instruction.
    • High school graduation or GED.
    • A minimum of Two years of call center in a healthcare setting
    • Bilingual in Spanish

    This is a full time position, onsite 8am-5pm

    Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.80 per hour
