    Description

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - ENT:
    600K+ earning potential
    Sign on bonus and relocation included- all negotiable
    Privately owned non-profit hospital - don't be a cog in the machine at a large hospital system anymore
    4% retirement match and excellent health benefits
    5K CME allowance
    4 weeks PTO plus 2 weeks CME allowance - 6 weeks total

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS - ENT:
    Monday - Friday work week- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    Production based caseload
    No weekends
    1:4 call ratio- mainly phone consults
